Police released a picture of a man who is wanted for allegedly stealing 80 chocolate bars in Watford High Street.
Vlad Hubzyk failed to attend a St Albans Magistrates’ Court appearance on June 19 and police have been attempting to trace him.
The 34-year-old is known to frequent Watford and the court appearance related to the alleged theft of 80 Cadbury’s chocolate bars, worth around £140, from B&M.

They were reportedly taken from the shop with no attempt being made to pay on April 30 this year.
The reference number 41/10849/23 was given by police as they released a picture of Hubzyk yesterday (July 20).
The force shared the image and details via their social media and listed the reason as “failing to attend St Albans Magistrates’ Court for theft from shop”.
