“Disgraceful” parking was pictured in Watford as a car left across the pavement sparked a clash with a wheelchair user.
A motorist left their Vauxhall facing straight forwards across the pavement in York Way, in the Meriden Estate, at around 8.30am this morning (July 10).
Having driven across double yellow lines the “selfish” woman, who appears to have had a child with her, completely blocked the footway with the bumper nearly touching a bin by a wall on the opposite side of the pavement.
It left a wheelchair user unable to get by and he had to go around the back of the car into the road. He and the driver "really argued", according to a passer-by.

Residents who saw a picture branded it “selfish”, “disgraceful”, and “shocking”. Some called for railings to be installed to prevent it happening again.
Locals also again raised parking issues in the area, with York Way's shops having been blighted by parking woes for around a year.
A new car park opened off The Turnstones in June, but shopkeepers worried people would still park on the double yellow lines when in a rush.
