Cars in four West Watford roads were hit by thieves in one morning and an Audi was stolen.
Herts Police have been sharing multiple warnings via neighbourhood watch alerts this week amid a “high number of vehicle crimes”.
On Wednesday morning (July 5), there were thefts from vehicles in Chester Road, Harwoods Road, Fearnley Street, and Clifton Road.

Police confirmed that enquiries are ongoing and reminded motorists to lock car doors and not leave valuables inside. They added that this includes things like clothes, change, glasses and high-value items.
Later that day, the force appealed for information and CCTV footage following the theft of a grey Audi Q2 in Rembrandt Way, West Watford.
The car was stolen between 11.30pm on Sunday night (July 2) and 7.31am the following morning.
Anyone with information or footage about the Audi can call 101 quoting crime reference 41/53291/23.
Anyone with information about the thefts from vehicles should quote crime reference 41/B2/16290/23.
