A High Street unit is already “under offer” less than a week after a family business announced its move.
Key cutting and trophy engraving company Nolans has operated since 1994 but is currently listed as temporarily closed while its former site, in Rickmansworth High Street, is being marketed as a “prominent town centre shop to let”.
The business posted an announcement that it was moving to a new location within the town’s High Street last Friday (June 29) and the property was marketed to let.

The unit, two doors down from M&Co which also recently closed, is now already listed as “under offer”.
The rent is set at £26,500 a year, with a new lease set to be granted to the tenants that take over.
Under offer means that a reasonable offer has been submitted to the seller but is still being considered, it may have been accepted but the deal is not yet finalised.
