A Watford business has been named and shamed over £114,223.56 in unpaid tax.
The Publishing Details of Deliberate Defaulters (PDDD) scheme provides details on people and companies given financial penalties for failing to comply with tax obligations or filing errors in tax returns on purpose.
The latest update was made on Wednesday last week (June 21) and included Positive M+E Ltd, a mechanical and electrical services supplier formerly of The Old Free School, George Street, Watford.

The company, which has an active proposal to strike it off according to Companies House, was given £75,958.64 in penalties based on a £114,223.56 amount of tax/duty for the period of default August 1, 2019, to February 28, 2021.
Information is published when a person or business has made at least one deliberate default on more than £25,000, according to HMRC.
The list is updated every three months before the information is removed after a year.
