A family business’ High Street shop is on the market for £26,500 a year.
Key cutting and trophy engraving company Nolans has operated since 1994 but is currently listed as temporarily closed while its former site, in Rickmansworth High Street, is being marketed as a “prominent town centre shop to let”.
The rent is set at £26,500 a year, with a new lease set to be granted to the tenants that take over.
- Plans approved to demolish 'tired' house for six flats
- New bid to turn 'abandoned' hotel site into 57 homes
- £18,147 raised for dad's funeral and his eight-year-old's tumour battle
According to an update posted this afternoon, Nolans is moving to a new location within the High Street. It apologised "for any inconvenience" and added that it is set to reopen on August 7.
The property listing, by chartered surveyors Perry Holt, says: “The property is prominently located on the High Street in Rickmansworth, an affluent commuter town, and close to a number of restaurants, pubs, and shops such as Costa Coffee, Café Nero, and Boots.”
It also highlights nearby transport links.
The unit only spans the size of around two and a half parking spaces and is just two doors down from M&Co’s unit, which is also on the market after closing earlier this year.
The M&Co unit, however, is 15 times the size with a £85,000 a year rent.
