Long delays are occurring along Courtlands Drive going north to Leavesden.
It is because of temporary traffic lights being put in place by UK Power Networks (UKPN) on Aerodrome Way.
According to one.network “disconnection or alteration of supply” is being carried out by UKPN.

Hertfordshire County Council has warned its Twitter followers of the delays and Google Maps has said there is heavier traffic than usual in the area, with several roads nearby being impacted.
M25 Crash
In a separate and unrelate incident, this morning a person was taken to hospital after a Ford Fiesta was left on its roof in a motorway crash.
Crews from four Herts Fire and Rescue engines “found one car on its roof” after being called to the M25 anticlockwise, between junctions 22 and 21A, at around 8.40am this morning (June 19).
Although a rescue support unit was sent to the scene, no one was trapped and so firefighters provided "trauma care" until the ambulance arrived.
Once they arrived the East of England Ambulance Service took one person to hospital while another was given first aid at the scene.
