Benik Afobe, who came off the bench for Millwall against Watford on October 19 last year, alleged that the £400,000 worth of his family's jewellery was stolen from his mother’s house in Elstree yesterday (June 14).
A Hertfordshire Constabulary spokesperson said: "Police are currently investigating a report that several items of jewellery were stolen from a residential address in Elstree on the morning of June 14.
