Witnesses are urged to contact police after it was reported a moped rider kicked the door of a white Nissan Juke in Bushey.
Damage was caused to the door during the incident that occurred at around 12pm on Tuesday, May 30, on the High Street.
PC Emma Gower, who is investigating, said: “Our enquiries are continuing, and I am asking for anyone with information or who witnessed what happened to please contact me.
“Additionally, if you were driving in the area at the time and have a dash cam fitted, please check it as you may have recorded some crucial footage that could assist our investigation.”

If you have any information about the criminal damage the police can be contacted on 101 or emails can be sent to emma.gower@herts.police.uk and the crime reference number 41/43505/23 should be quoted.

In a separate unrelated incident, a CCTV image of two people has been released after it was reported that “a mobile phone had been stolen from the staff stock room”.
The incident took place at the Card Factory located inside Asda, on St Albans Road, Watford, between 3.20pm and 3.25pm on Saturday May 27.
