Watford Community Housing’s phone lines are down and a time has not been provided as to when they will be working again.
The housing association apologised in its online announcement saying calls are not going through to its Customer Contact Centre.
As soon as users head to the Watford Community Housing Website (WCH) the message appears.
A further note is also on the homepage, but it did not give any information as to why the problem is occurring.
WCH said it is working with BT to try and resolve the issue.
The website’s message continued: “If you call us, you'll be redirected to our out-of-hours service.

“Don't forget you can also contact us by using your online account or by emailing enquiries@wcht.org.uk.
“You can also visit our office on Clarendon Road in person during business hours.”
One person took to Facebook complaining about the situation they claimed they were told to call back later today or tomorrow (June 8).
