A popular café that also sells artisan groceries and has a 4.5 Tripadvisor rating is up for sale.
Perch & Co in Croxley Green has been placed on the market for an asking price of £124,995 plus stock at valuation.
Dubbed as a bistro, coffee shop, bar and caterer, the Watford Road business has been open for six years and serves Persian and Mediterranean food as well as British classics “but with a twist”.
The owners were approached to put it up for sale and they decided to put it on the market as a "soft sale".
The café, which is being marketed by Hilton Smythe, has said the business generated a turnover of £142,000 in 2020-2021.
Its director James Hallworth told the Watford Observer he and his business partner hope to replicate the Perch & Co ethos to other start-up hospitality concepts.
He said: “We of course had some interesting moments during Covid lockdowns, post lockdown, and throughout the past couple of years.
"We’re thrilled to have built an establishment that is both well known and well liked within our wonderful local community.
“Our customers and their support have played a huge part in growing Perch & Co, along with our dedicated team, resulting in multiple award wins, along with our inclusion within the Financial Times How To Spend It recommended coffee shops feature.”
Customers have left a number of positive comments about the café Tripadvisor.

Mr Hallworth added: “While it will be tough to move on to other ventures, I know that whomever takes over from us will have a business with a solid foundation, an established reputation, and most importantly of all - a supportive and caring local community.
“We’re looking forward to enjoying the Perch & Co experience as paying customers. I’m sure we’ll be extremely satisfied, like so many customers have been before us.”
