A 14-year-old boy was bitten by a “dog dangerously out of control" — sparking a police investigation.
Hertfordshire Constabulary are appealing for witnesses and information after a boy out riding his bike was approached and bitten on the back of his leg by a dog on a lead, on a path between Aldenham Road and Finch Lane in Bushey.
The force called for witnesses to come forward today (June 1) after the attack at around 4.15pm on May 10.

The “medium sized” brown dog’s owner was described as a white male in his mid-30s wearing a grey jumper. It was reported that he was walking the dog with another man.
PC Melissa Varol said: “Our enquiries are continuing, and we are appealing for any witnesses to please get in touch.”
She added: “Were you in the area at this time and saw a dog being dangerously out of control, or have any further information that may assist our investigation?
