A man was arrested on suspicion of “making threats to kill” after police were spotted in Watford.
Officers were seen making an arrest on the corner of St Albans Road, with the force called to what they described as "an altercation" at a property in Queens Road.
It was reported at 5.30pm yesterday (May 25) before the arrest at around 6pm.

A Herts Police spokesperson said the man, in his 40s, had been arrested on suspicion of making threats to kill and remains in police custody at this time, as of this morning (May 26).
A picture, taken from St Albans Road at around 6pm, shows two police cars and five officers around a man near the junctions with Ridge Street and Gammons Lane.
A total of four police cars were in attendance, according to a passer-by.
