A man says he doesn’t feel secure anymore after his car window was smashed while he worked.
Mr Joseph, of Scammel Way in Watford, was “shocked” when he found his damaged car after returning to his apartment building from work at around 5pm on Friday (May 19).
He believes the damage was done deliberately by "rascals" and someone may have rummaged around looking for something to steal, although nothing valuable was kept in the car.

The 27-year-old added that his finances have been left “running on fumes” towards the end of this month, especially as his parents back home in Kerala, India, depend on him.
He and his wife both work at Watford General Hospital and moved to their Scammel Way apartment from the town centre thinking it would be safer.
“You feel safe and secure... and then something like this happens,” Mr Joseph said.
Autoglass quoted £145 for the damage and until it is repaired a friend has been giving him lifts when needed.
He said he is "really worried" about security for him and his neighbours, adding: "I hadn’t heard of things like this in this area before. I was really shocked.”
