Herts Police today (May 15) released a CCTV image of a man they want to identify after the aggravated burglary in Ashburnham Drive, South Oxhey, on February 23.
At around 9.10pm attempts were made to force entry to a property by smashing glass in the front door.
The victim wounded their wrist while trying to stop them getting in, before three people fled. The property was not entered and nothing was taken.

Detective Constable Jack Stannard, of the Rickmansworth Local Crime Unit, said: “This was a frightening ordeal for the two people who were inside the property at the time, and I appreciate this incident may also cause some concern among the local community.
“We do not currently believe this to be an attack at random and have been conducting extensive enquiries behind the scenes.
“We are now in a position to release this image as part of the investigation. It is believed this person was in the area around the time of the incident and may be able to assist with ongoing enquiries.”
