A pedestrian has died following a crash with a Vauxhall Astra in Bedmond, near Abbots Langley.
The incident took place at around 12.35am yesterday (Sunday, May 14) on Bedmond Road, near Church Hill.
Road closures were put in place at the time.

The driver of the Vauxhall Astra has since been arrested, and remains in police custody.
Hertfordshire Police have appealed for anyone with information to come forward.
Sergeant Nick Kane said: "Our thoughts are with the man’s family at this very difficult time.
“Enquiries are being carried out to establish the circumstances around the collision and, as part of this, we are appealing for witnesses to come forward.

"Did you see anyone walking in the area or a black Vauxhall Astra travelling nearby?
"I’d be particularly keen to hear from anyone with dash cam footage.
