- One seat in each of the town's 12 wards will need filling, with the Liberal Democrats currently having 27 members and Labour nine
- Hertsmere Borough Council has already announced its result confirming the Tories have lost their majority after all seats were up for grabs
- There is another "all out" election at Dacorum with the result expected this afternoon
- In Three Rivers the verification process will start at 9.30am before counting begins and declarations around 4pm
- The Watford count has now finished. The Liberal Democrats held on to nine seats and Labour have kept their three.
- The Conservatives have lost their majority hold in Dacorum Borough Council. Liberal Democrats have 28, the Tories have 18 Labour has three seats and two seats are held by independent councillors.
- In the Three Rivers District borough, The Green Party took another seat. All other seats were held by the incumbent parties
