A man has appeared in court charged with a sexual assault at Watford Junction.
Jamal Rattab, of Varney Road, Hemel Hempstead, appeared in St Albans Magistrates’ Court on April 21 and denied the charge relating to an incident on July 24, 2022.
The 43-year-old is next scheduled to appear in the court on September 12, this year, for trial.
It is alleged that he intentionally touched a woman aged 16 or over in a sexual manner when she did not consent, and he did not reasonably believe that she was consenting.

Darren Impleton of Muirfield Road, Watford, committed three assaults, by beating, in London.
Despite denying the charges on February 20, 2023, the 54-year-old was found guilty at Bexley Magistrates’ Court on April 20.
The assaults occurred on January 25 and February 19, this year, and between December 1, 2022, and January 25, 2023.
He is next set to appear in the court on May 11, for sentencing.
