An appeal was launched to help find a missing Watford man.
Matthew had last been seen at around 11am on Tuesday, April 11, and was believed to be in the Watford area.
Hertfordshire Constabulary said they were “concerned for his welfare”.
He was described as being 5ft 6ins tall and of medium build.
Matthew, who also has links to Harrow, was last seen wearing worn down clothes and a black jacket.

Man charged
In a separate incident, police announced that Ryan Palmer 26, of no fixed abode in Three Rivers, has been charged with intentional strangulation wound/inflicted grievous bodily harm (GBH) without intent and theft from a person.
The alleged incident took place on April 7 when police were called at around 9am to reports of an assault in Croxley Green.
Hertfordshire Constabulary confirmed Mr Palmer is due to appear at St Albans Crown Court on Monday, May 15.
