A man has been charged with intentional strangulation after an appeal was launched to help trace him.
Ryan Palmer, 26, of no fixed abode in Three Rivers, has also been charged with wound/inflicted grievous bodily harm (GBH) without intent and theft from a person.
The alleged incident took place on April 7 when police were called at around 9am to reports of an assault in Croxley Green.

Hertfordshire Constabulary confirmed Mr Palmer is due to appear at St Albans Crown Court on Monday, May 15.
It comes after police launched an appeal for the alleged offender on April 10. He was wanted in connection with GBH.
But this was only days after they said “initial contact” had been made with Mr Palmer on April 8.
The first appeal that was launched to find him included a line from the force saying they were “increasingly concerned” for his welfare.
