After opening in 2021 and recently refurbishing, a Watford town centre pizzeria's lease is back on the market.
The 165-167 unit in The Parade is available to let at £21,000 per year through chartered surveyors Perry Holt.
It is currently occupied by Prime Pizza, which opened in November 2021.

According to the listing, the business recently "fully refurbished and fitted out" the pizzeria.
Although it is up for sale there are no plans to close Prime Pizza down, the Watford Observer understands. Instead, it will continue to operate under its current owners at least until a potential takeover of the unit is agreed.
The tenant is also seeking a premium payment of £85,000, by way of separate negotiation, for the goodwill, lease, stock, and fixtures and fittings.
The unit includes one parking space to the rear, where there is also a separate access and a loading area.
A 15-year lease commenced from November 2022 with three yearly upward only rent reviews.
Prime Pizza has a 4.8 star rating from 70 Google reviews.
