An appeal has been launched to trace a man accused of several offences including strangulation.
Elyass Benaziza, aged 28, from Hemel Hempstead has also been suspected of kidnap and assault.
The police have said to contact them on 101 if you have seen or are aware of Elyass’ whereabouts quoting the crime reference 41/26256/23.

Police helicopter looking for missing person
In an unrelated incident in Watford, a police helicopter was out looking for a missing person at around 10pm to 11pm on April 2.
Some residents said the noise was driving them “mad,” their children were kept awake and dogs were barking loudly.

Others were concerned about recent crime, as they said helicopters circling at night were “becoming a very regular occurrence”.
A police helicopter had been called to Byewaters, in Croxley Green on March 16, in relation to reports of a crime.
A few days earlier, on March 13, a helicopter was spotted overhead around Meriden, also in relation to reports of a crime.
