The usual bin collection dates are changing because of the April bank holidays.
With schools off for Easter and more of the family being at home, the bins will become full quickly, so you don’t want to miss out on the new bin collection days.
Here are the changes across Watford, Hertsmere and Three Rivers over the next two weeks.

Watford bin collections
Usual bin collection day- revised bin collection day

- Monday, April 10 – Tuesday, April 11

According to the councils’ timetables, collections will not take place on a bank holiday but rather the next day.
Friday, April 7 bin collection will take place on Saturday, April 8, and bins will be collected on Tuesday, April 11, instead of Monday, April 10.
