A large roll of vinyl sticking out of the window saw a Honda driver "educated" by police in Bushey.
The Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Road Policing Unit stopped the car in Chalk Hill, near Bushey Arches.
It had been spotted travelling with the vinyl flooring lying across the back seats and sticking out the back left window.

Officers shared an anonymised image of the driver and the car on Twitter, last week, after reporting and educating them, and removing the vinyl.
Commenters were split between concern and laughter with some worried about what would happen in narrow streets or if it hit someone, while others made jokes.

One person said: “Just imagine that hitting a pedestrian, or a cyclist.”
“I bet that floored them when they got stopped,” said another.
Two different commenters compared the roll of vinyl to a jousting lance, while someone else simply said: "Honestly.....you just couldn't make it up".
