Suspected cocaine was found in a car in Watford before its driver was charged with intent to supply.
Nderim Hoxha, from Watford, was arrested and charged after police stopped a car in Cassio Road, near the town centre, at around 5.45pm on March 2.
Having acted on intelligence, officers were able to find 19 wraps of suspected cocaine in the car and seized them.

After being arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs, the 23-year-old appeared in Hatfield Magistrates’ Court on March 4.
He was charged with driving without insurance or a licence, having identity documents with intent, possession of cannabis, and possession with intent to supply cocaine.
Hoxha, who was the only one in the car, was remanded in custody ahead of his next appearance at St Albans Crown Court on April 3.

Watford’s chief inspector Andy Wiseman said: “We get a lot of our intelligence regarding drugs thanks to vigilant members of the public reporting suspicious activity in their neighbourhoods, such as the cultivation of drugs or drug dealing.
“Drugs and associated criminality can have a hugely detrimental impact on the local community and we are committed to doing all we can to tackle this in Watford.”
He encouraged people to report information, which can be done by calling 101.
