A woman has been arrested on suspicion of driving while drinking or on drugs following a crash that left a man seriously injured.
Her Ford Fiesta and a Honda moped collided on Tuesday, February 21, at 9.20pm in Park Avenue, Bushey.
Police said the 32-year-old from Bushey, who is now on bail while enquiries continue, was also arrested at the scene on suspicion of driving carelessly and causing serious injury while driving.

A man in his 20s, who was on the moped, sustained serious injuries and was taken to hospital.
PC Brad Glover, who is investigating, said: “Our enquiries are continuing, and we are appealing for any witnesses who haven’t spoken to us yet to please come forward.
“If your vehicle was in the area at the time and you have a dash cam fitted, please check your footage to see if you’ve captured anything that could help progress the investigation.”
