A teenage boy suffered a broken ankle after being hit by an orange Mini Cooper.
The collision was in Little Bushey Lane at the junction with Sandy Lane in Bushey, on Saturday, February 25 at around 9.45am.
The 15-year-old pedestrian was taken to hospital with a suspected head injury, which turned out not to be serious, but he did suffer a broken ankle and lots of cuts and bruises, police said.

PC Kim Aylward-Jones, who is investigating, said: “I am appealing to anyone who was in the area around the time of the collision and has not yet spoken to police or saw the pedestrian or Mini shortly before the incident to please get in touch.
“You may have information that could help our investigation.
“If your vehicle was in the area at the time and you have a dash cam fitted, please check your footage to see if you’ve captured anything that could help progress the investigation.”
Police confirmed the vehicle stopped at the scene and no one has been arrested
