Police have charged a man with GBH after another man was left with “serious facial injuries”.
Hertfordshire Constabulary were called to Market Street, Watford, at around 1.35am on February 23, following reports of a row involving a small group of males.
The force confirmed today (March 2) that Victo Norberto, of Merton Road, was charged with Section 18 GBH wounding with intent and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.

The 23-year-old is due to appear at St Albans Crown Court on March 27.
The victim is believed to have been injured by an "object", a police spokesperson said at the time, before he was taken to hospital by the ambulance service.
His injuries were not believed to be life-threatening but police could not specify further.

Officers searched the area before their investigation led them to an address where they arrested a 23-year-old on suspicion of GBH and a 21-year-old on suspicion of affray.
No further action was taken against the 21-year-old after the two men were taken into police custody.
A Market Street resident reported being kept awake until 4am after the incident as the investigation and emergency response was underway.
