An appeal was issued as police grew “increasingly concerned” for man not seen since leaving home “at some point last weekend”.
Tijan had been missing from his Watford address.
Hertfordshire Constabulary believed he left at some point last weekend (February 18 to 19). He had not been seen since.

The force called on members of the public for help as officers grew "increasingly concerned for his welfare”.
The 47-year-old also has links to Birmingham.
