A “horrible” attack left a young man requiring hospital treatment after he suffered a “puncture wound”, police have said.
The 20-year-old victim went to the rear of Bushey train station in Eastbury Road to buy a Canada Goose jacket – having pre-arranged the sale online.
Two men arrived and there was an argument, during which the man sustained a “small puncture wound to his leg”. The suspects then ran off.
Following the attack at around 5.15pm on Saturday, February 18, the victim was taken to hospital, but his injuries were later deemed not life threatening or changing.
Herts Police confirmed a weapon was reportedly used but did not say what type.
