Residents can take part by paying £10 per month, with winners receiving up to £30,000 each if their postcode is chosen.

Here's every Hertfordshire postcode that has won £1,000 or more this month.
1. AL4 0HX, St Albans
AL4 0HX is an address in Oaklands, St Albans.
The location won £1,000 on February 5, thanks to a Postcode Green Trust draw.
Prior to this win, £20 was the most that had been awarded to the site.
2. UB9 6NR, Harefield
UB9 6NR is an address on High Street, Harefield.
The site has won a prize on nine separate occasions, with eight prizes being just £10.
On February 15, the location was awarded £1,000 courtesy of a Postcode Global Trust draw.
3. SG8 7JZ, Royston
SG8 7JZ is one of two addresses in Royston to have won on the People's Postcode Lottery this month.
Among the site's previous wins, is a £20 win from the Postcode Care Trust and a £5 M&S gift card.
SG8 7JZ won £1,000 on February 16.
4. EN8 9AE, Cheshunt
EN8 9AE is an addres on Windmill Lane, Cheshunt.
The location has previously won £10, £20 and prize voucher awards.
On Friday, February 17, the site won £1,000 courtesy of a Postcode Global Trust draw.
5. SG8 7LL, Royston
SG8 7LL is an address in Newmarket Road, Royston.
Prior to February, the most that had been won by the address was £20.
