A “pretty” deer was spotted taking a walk down a residential road.
The animal appeared to have gotten lost on its travels as it turned up in Tooveys Mill Close, Kings Langley.
After a local shared a lovely picture of the creature people remarked on how “pretty” and “cute” it was but there was also concern over how it ended up in the road, near the River Gade.

Some people on social media worried that nearby wildlife might be running out of space and food.
According to the RSPCA, although deer traditionally live in forests, moors, and parkland, they are becoming more common in urban environments across the UK, for example they have been seen in gardens, golf courses, roads and railway lines.

Last year, firefighters and a vet had to rescue a deer that had become trapped in a fence at Nascot Wood Junior School.
An eyewitness reported hearing strange screams which led them to find the animal, which had been struggling for some time to escape the fence, as evidenced by worn off hair on its sides.
Anyone who spots a deer in distress is urged to to contact the RSPCA on 0300 123 4999.
