Today is the final day that exchanges can be made as another Watford store is set to close.
Despite Paperchase in atria Watford still not having a confirmed closure date, the store is holding a closing down sale.
A large yellow sign in the window says: “Store closing down. Everything must go. All stock reduced.”
Smaller signs say: “Please make sure that you are happy with your purchase as we are no longer accepting refunds.
“Exchanges are only available till Tuesday 14th February.”

Stock is running low in the shop and some items, including Christmas decorations, are reduced by up to 70%.
It comes after confirmation on January 31 that Paperchase’s brand was to be bought by Tesco, but the stationery chain’s 106 stores and workforce were not part of the deal.

As of February 13, another sign in the Paperchase window said: “We do not have any information on when our final day will be, so would ask please that you refrain from asking members of staff.
“We will put a sign up once we know.”
The store is currently open from 9am to 6pm from Monday to Saturday and 11am to 5pm on Sundays.
It comes after atria Watford's fashion store Joules shut in December having only opened in October 2020.
