A man has died after a wall collapsed at a building site this morning (January 24).
Emergency services were called to Hagden Lane at 10.18am to reports that a person had been injured at the site.
Herts Fire and Rescue Service said it attended after a wall collapsed.
Herts Police have now confirmed that a man in his 30s has died. His next of kin have been informed, along with the Health and Safety Executive.

The road was closed between Queens Avenue and Tolpits Lane for roughly two hours as motorists were urged to avoid the area while emergency services worked at the scene.
No arrests have been made and the police said the Health and Safety Executive has been notified and will pick up the investigation moving forwards.
