House hunters are being offered £12,000 towards their mortgage payments.
People who are purchasing a home in designated plots at Watford’s Waterside at Riverwell development, off Thomas Sawyer Way have until end of March to take up the offer.
The developer, Bellway North London, will pay £1,000 a month towards mortgage repayments up to one year.

Bellway North London sales director Greg Allsop said: “This huge saving could go towards helping people balance their budgets, save for a holiday or enjoy nights out with friends.”
The developer said that buying an energy-efficient new-build house from Bellway would also save an average of £1,200 a year on their fuel bills, when compared to an older property of a similar size.
Mr Allsop added: “By combining our mortgage contribution offer and the energy savings which come with a new-build home, buyers of selected plots could save a total of up to £25,200 over two years.”
