A BMW driver and a van driver were involved in a racially aggravated assault on Christmas Eve.
Today (January 20), Hertfordshire Constabulary appealed for witnesses and information after the altercation, which occurred at around 11.30am.
Police are hoping to hear from anyone who witnessed or recorded what happened at the junction with Watling Street and Aldenham Avenue, in Radlett.
A racially aggravated common assault was reported, involving the male drivers of a dark BMW Saloon and a van, during which one of the men reportedly made racist comments.
PC Mark Lawrence, who is investigating, said: “Our enquiries are continuing and I would like to urge anyone with information to come forward.
