- A car was driven at more than 100pmh on the wrong side of the road during a police chase
- It crashed into another car in St Albans Road, Watford at around 11pm yesterday (Thursday)
- Four people were injured and taken to hospital
- At around 4am Herts Police said closures would be in place "for some time" near the junction with Langley Road
- Motorists were told to avoid the area before the stretch reopened at around 8.30am
