A pedestrian died on Christmas Eve following a car crash.
The crash took place in Bennetts End Road, Hemel Hempstead at around 6.10pm on Saturday, December 24.
It involved a black Nissan Juke and the pedestrian – a woman in her early 50s.
Her next of kin have been informed of her death.

Police confirmed that a woman, aged 33 from Luton, has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
She is currently on police bail.
Sergeant Simon Cooper, from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Road Policing Unit, said: “Losing a loved one is devastating at any time, but even more so at this time of year and our thoughts are with the woman's family and friends.
“Our investigations are continuing to establish the circumstances around what happened and, as part of this, we are appealing for anyone who saw the collision, or events leading up to it, to please come forward.”
