Police have extended a closure order on a South Oxhey flat secured after drug misuse, loud music and stolen post.
In September, Hertfordshire Constabulary shut the flat in Elliott Court, Oxhey Drive, which meant nobody was allowed to enter for three months.
Anyone who breaches the order could face a fine of up to £5,000, a prison sentence, or both.

The three months were due to expire on Christmas Day, but on December 20 St Albans Magistrates' Court granted an application to extend the closure for a further three months.
Investigations initially began at the address after numerous calls regarding antisocial behaviour. According to one person living nearby, officers were spotted visiting more than 10 times in less than six months.
South Oxhey Safer Neighbourhood Team Sergeant Andrew Blackwood said: “Crime and antisocial behaviour has a devastating effect on local communities and no one should have to live in fear of their neighbours.
“This closure order will hopefully provide respite for the local residents.”
South Oxhey Councillor Steve Cox said: “I am glad this matter has, at long last, been brought to an end.
"The residents this year, unlike last, can enjoy a truly peaceful Christmas."
