A man was threatened and chased outside Watford's Asda leaving him fearing for his safety.
Hertfordshire Constabulary released a CCTV image of a man they were seeking to identify following the public order offence.
The victim was reportedly approached and verbally abused by two men in St Albans Road, then chased as he tried to leave at around 10pm on December 1.

Police said the man pictured in the CCTV image was in the area at the time and may have information to assist their enquiries.
The force added that it was not appropriate to repeat specifically what was said, but confirmed it was not racially motivated.

Update: Police have since confirmed a 19 year man has been interviewed out of custody, adding that the case continues at this time.
