- Part of the A414 North Orbital Road near the Park Street Roundabout was closed
- Herts Police confirmed they were called to concerns for a man's welfare at 12.30pm
- As of 4.30pm, officers were still at the scene and road closures are in place
- Herts Highways had previously urged motorists to avoid the area due to a crash
- The stretch appears to now be open but we have not had another police update. We will put that on our site when we get it
