A Watford building services engineer has been added to a government name and shame list for dodging almost £60,000 in tax.
HMRC publishes details of deliberate tax defaulters when at least one intentional default on more than £25,000 is made.
This includes taxpayers that either deliberately provided inaccurate documents to HMRC, deliberately failed to comply with an HMRC obligation, or committed a VAT or excise wrongdoing.
The latest update published on November 24 added Nicolae-Crinu Adam, of Rembrandt Way, to the list after he dodged paying £59,365.64 between April 6 2019 and April 2021.
The building services engineer, formerly of Ernald Avenue in East Ham, London, was charged a penalty of £39,478.14.
