It’s that time of year again when children and teachers will be busy making costumes and rehearsing for that annual festive tradition in schools across our area and beyond, the nativity play.
For the older readers among you though, it may rekindle memories of being dressed up as Mary, Joseph or an angel? Or perhaps your school opted for a more modern interpretation of the Christmas story and you performed as something completely different.
These pictures from our archive show children from schools in Watford, Radlett and Sarratt rehearsing for their nativities between 15 and 20 years ago. Can you see your child among them? Or perhaps you can spot yourself when you were younger?
