A huge grant has been awarded to a Watford-based charity to help families in the coming months as the cost-of-living crisis continues.
Morrisons Foundation has given One Vision £20,500 to help the charity provide additional services and support to the vulnerable this winter.
One Vision is a community charity that provides practical support to vulnerable individuals and families in the district of Watford and beyond.

With the money, the charity anticipates giving out 10,000 fresh meals and 6,000 grocery bags this winter period, 2,000 of which will be for children.
Enoch Kanagaraj, One Vision founder and CEO said: "We are delighted to be partnering with Morrisons Foundation.
“With the money we can increase our capacity and our current operation.
“It is going to be hard for people this year with heating bills going up, and we as a charity need to be able to increase our ability to help others.”
The charity will be increasing its resources and operations by using the Morrisons' donation to purchase a walk-in fridge and freezer to store food that will be distributed to those in need.
Morrisons Foundation’s Eat or Heat grant will be used to help people in desperate need across Watford, Three Rivers, Hemel Hempstead and parts of St Albans.
Adrian Horsley, Morrisons Foundation advisor said: “The soaring cost of living crisis means it is more difficult than ever for families in hardship to eat well.
“That is why I'm very proud that the foundation has been able to provide this grant to One Vision charity to help them to continue to provide vital meals and support to people most in need in our community."
One Vision provides support to those who self-identify as needing relief because of inequalities caused by food poverty and social deprivation.
It offers fresh meals and food parcels and signposting to mental health services.
The charity partners with local businesses, community groups, non-profits and charities to help the community.
It devises programmes, projects and initiatives that address the needs of all people and communities, regardless of background or religious affiliations.
Harjit Singh, One Vision charity chair of trustees, said: "It is thanks to supporters like the Morrisons Foundation, that we are able to continue to support the vulnerable and families who regularly skip meals.”
