Tenants living in social housing are being surveyed on how satisfied they are with their living conditions.
Watford Community Housing (WCH) has already begun the process to find out how the organisation is doing and how it can improve.
Questions will cover satisfaction with repairs to properties and communication between the tenant and landlord.

The survey comes as the Regulator of Social Housing will set up a new system for assessing how well social housing landlords in England are doing at providing good quality homes and services.
WCH will be surveying a sample of its tenants and those who are selected will be contacted by phone or email by its contractor Arena Partnership.
