A motorcyclist has been caught on CCTV stealing plants from a high street display less than 24 hours after they were planted.
In the video, recorded November 10, the motorbike travels down Kings Langley High Street from the south at 6.09pm before stopping by a flowerbed opposite The Saracens Head.
The thief, wearing a white helmet covering their face and a hi-vis vest, then steals a cordyline and rides off north, towards Apsley.
Other plants were reportedly taken from floral displays at the other end of the road near the Post Office.
Police have confirmed three plants were reported stolen.
