Drivers travelling in and near a busy roundabout are facing even longer delays than usual this evening because of a broken down vehicle.
The vehicle is stranded in Aldenham Road in Bushey near the Costco entrance.
Police are at the scene while the vehicle is recovered.

A post by Hertfordshire Constabulary just before 5pm (November 9) said: “We are currently at the scene of a broken down vehicle near Costco on Aldenham Road in Watford.
“A road closure has been put in place for parts of Aldenham Road to allow the vehicle to be recovered.
“We kindly advise motorists to please seek an alternative route.”
It's not exactly clear where road closures have been put in place.
But traffic is currently very heavy on nearly all routes into the nearby Hartspring Roundabout.
This includes on the A41 North Western Avenue from before McDonald’s, in Radlett Road from the direction of Aldenham, and in Aldenham Road from Queen’s School towards the junction with Little Bushey Lane and Bushey Mill Lane.

This disruption is in addition to the usual rush-hour queue hotspots in Bushey as well as in Watford and Elstree.
