A man has been charged with “attempting to incite a girl to engage in sexual activity”.
Hertfordshire Police have confirmed Peter McCann, from Bushey, was arrested in Park Avenue on Saturday, November 5.
As well as allegedly attempting to incite a girl aged 13 to 15 to engage in sexual activity, he was also charged with attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child.

The 47-year-old appeared at St Albans Magistrates' Court on Monday (November 7) where he was remanded into custody.
He is scheduled to appear at St Albans Crown Court on December 5 for a plea and trial preparation hearing.

Andrea Rosaleen Wilson, 49, was last week ordered to pay £139.87 after she admitted stealing meat worth £279.75 in Watford.
Wilson, of Berry Avenue, Watford, acted together with Bradley Chubb to steal from Sainsbury’s on July 27, 2020.
Chubb, 38, also of Berry Avenue, was jailed in June for further offences just over a week after he was given a suspended sentence for targeting supermarkets.
