Traffic has built up after an entrance to multiple car parks at Watford's Atria shopping centre was blocked off.
The incident occurred at around 12noon today (Friday, October 28), at the entrance to the location's Palace and Charter car parks.
An eye witness reported some traffic emerging from the car park onto the A411 Beechen Grove.
The witness also told The Watford Observer that the exit from level one of the Charter car park was also closed.
Instead, motorists were diverted to level two.
In photographs taken at the scene, cars can be seen queuing for the car parks' entrance and a barrier can be seen in front of an exit.
