A person was allegedly chased through Watford town centre this afternoon by someone armed with a knife.
Police say they were called to High Street at 5.29pm (October 27) to reports of a group of boys chasing a male.
Hertfordshire Constabulary says three teenagers have been detained on suspicion of affray, with one also arrested on suspicion of possessing a knife.
Police added a bladed article - thought to be a knife - has also been recovered.
The teenagers are currently in police custody.

Officers are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with information about what happened to come forward.
